 Startup / New Business

1. Idea
2. Research

a. Know your competitors (Search Google,  Google Store / Apple Store). Find their strengths and weaknesses.
b. Know your customers (Segmentation, Behavior)

3.  If you have Mobile App or Website

Make sure you have suffice data before you launch it. Like if your solutions is like Careem, TutorApp, Foodpanda, OLX, eBay, make sure your end users can find data on your solution, when he/she search for required Product / Service or information.

4. Ask yourself, why end user use my solution over competitor?

Your solution must have all good options the competitors have, plus added value services / products to compete. Design Product / Solution as per customer. Example, if customer buy product, once in a blue moon, like vehicle, hiring, then website should be focused, but for products like food, taxi, focused should be on Mobile App.

5. Marketing

After above-mentioned pre-requisite points, you need massive and recurring marketing. Use at least 90% of your budget in marketing. It can be conventional (Newspaper ads , Brochures, Pamphlets) or digital marketing(Google Ads, Social Media like FB, Insta, Youtube). Please note your ads must target right segment of customers. If Product / Solution is for teenagers, then your marketing must be on Insta and Youtube, if for elder people, then conventional marketing is best. Make sure, your marketing is continuous and clicking people's mind on regular basis.
